Wendy's

My daughter and I were eating at Wendy's the other day when it hit me--they have changed a lot of things over the years. I remember when "old-fashioned" was their theme--the tables were covered in old newspaper ads and the lighting was in the style of old Tiffany lamps. I noticed that most Wendy's don't seem to look that way anymore, but I can't remember when the change occurred. Their menu has changed some, too. Most Wendy's used to have salad and potato bars--not so much anymore. They have added some good things to the menu, too. One thing we like: now their Frosty's come in chocolate OR vanilla. We especially like their root-beer floats now--delicious! Anyway--things change with time, but I recently noticed that Wendy's has really changed a lot and it really was a subtle change that I didn't notice as it was happening. Funny how that happens--years pass and you notice a difference, then someone says that the change occurred years ago and you wonder how you are just now noticing it. Anyway--life goes on and change happens--usually for the better.
