My son and his friend went to a concert last weekend. As he was describing the groups, the music, the venue, and the people there, I realized that we now have very different tastes in music. Not too long ago, we both enjoyed classic rock. Now, he is more into what I call hard rock--a bit too much for me, really. I like SOME of it, but some of it just seems like yelling and screaming with guitars intermittently playing loudly. To each his own, I guess. He had fun and he stayed safe--I guess that is all that matters! :)
