My teens were a bit frustrated about the laptop computer issues because they like to use it as much as the desktop computer. When it crashed, we were limited to one computer--they each want to use one and were already fighting over the desktop each day. As soon as I got the laptop up and running, they were glad--but then they realized that they had to reinstall all of their software again. It was a pain and it took a long time, but they finally got everything back on the laptop that they really wanted on there. One advantage is this--they realized what they did not use anymore and didn't waste time installing that stuff. Now we are all set--they take turns on the laptop and desktop--when one is on the laptop, the other is on the desktop, then they switch. I get on when they aren't home--it's hard to get on either computer when they are here! :)
