My son and daughter both are enjoying the text messaging feature of their phones. However, I think my son sent a few and then quickly headed to the computer to continue his conversations for free. My daughter, on the other hand, began receiving messages from her new boyfriend and they texted back and forth many times. I reminded her that her minutes are going to go fast that way--she gets deducted both when she receives a text and when she sends one. It took her several days to catch on to what I was saying--her minutes are going quickly. She turned her phone off and went to the computer after she finally understood it all. I'm not sure that these minutes are going to last near as long as I had expected!
