My teens argued a bit about the best seating arrangement in the minivan for our trip. Not only did we all need a seat and room for our luggage, the dog needed some space, too. Finally, after trying several options, they agreed on this one. We put the luggage in the back and the dog on the side--everyone seemed comfortable. My teens each now have their own portable DVD players and MP3 players, so they zoned out in their own little worlds during the 6 hour drive. The dog slept the whole time. I read a book and my husband drove. Kind of boring, but it works for us--still, I am craving a Mustang--wonder how in the world we will travel in it, though!
