Well, I can't justify the caloric intake of these delicacies, but OH--they are SOOOOO good!!! There is a Krispy Kreme just around the corner from my in-laws--the hot and fresh sign was on--we could NOT resist!! They literally melt in your mouth!! MMMM!! I guess it is okay to indulge once or twice a year--we only visit the in-laws a couple of times each year, and Krispy Kreme seems to be a part of our visits. There isn't one near us, so we only do it when visiting them. A nice treat that would be a bad thing in excess but okay twice a year--and we also went for a long walk in the park after eating them, so I hope we worked off all of the sugar! :)
